We’re thrilled to introduce our newest Sailor, Stephanie Holtz, who has joined the Mindsailing team as a graphic designer. Stephanie will be using her creative talent to serve our clients across all of our practice areas including health, community, energy, agriculture and empathy.
“Stephanie brings an eye for detail” says Mindsailing Chief Innovation Officer Heather Saucier. “Her approach to design is strategic, thoughtful and keeps the human at the center. We’re thrilled to have her on board”.
Before joining the team, Stephanie specialized in brand, web, illustration, packaging, art direction and print design. She has experience with brands of all sizes, including Mayo Clinic, Health Partners, Hayward Pool Products, Violence Free Minnesota and Open Arms of Minnesota.
“I love working through the creative process to help a business build their brand or recreate their identity,” says Stephanie. “It’s exciting to hand over a design that resonates with the audience and speaks volumes to the brand’s work and mission.”
Stephanie brings unique design skills to the team, including art director experience and a talent for calligraphy. And she looks forward to diving into and expanding new skills, including motion graphics.
“I wanted to find an agency opportunity where I could be part of a close-knit, creative community,” says Stephanie. “I have found that in Mindsailing, and I am thrilled to contribute to something bigger by working with clients who are doing good.”
A small-town Wisconsin native, Stephanie currently lives in Columbia Heights with her daughter and husband. When it is safe to visit public settings again, she looks forward to exploring breweries around the Twin Cities. Until then, you can find her managing her calligraphy Etsy shop, experimenting with watercolors and watching The Office.
