Take care of one another
First and foremost, we’re community focused. As a group of changemakers, it’s important that we take care of one another and support this time with clarity, positivity and resilience. We recognize many businesses, teams and families are undergoing rapid transformation to meet new dynamics. We’re supporting these changes with flexibility, communication and empathy.
Maintain momentum and minimize disruption
As an innovation agency, we have resiliency plans in place to protect our employees, allow them to work remotely as needed and maintain the ability to move projects forward without interruption. Following are some of our capabilities to support resilience at this time:
Flex environment: Our flex environment allows employees to work remotely as needed. This is a policy we’ve practiced for nearly ten years – giving us the experience to optimize our processes and procedures and maintain work quality and communication across time zones and locations. Following recent recommendations, our staff is currently working remotely. We will revisit conducting business in person as the situation evolves.
Virtual meetings: Our meeting tools allow us to connect with teams and clients virtually and we can support status meetings, present creative ideas and facilitate virtual workshops, all without interruption. These can be conducted over the phone or in video conference, with up to 100 attendees. With roughly half of our client base out of state, we confidently rely on virtual meetings for day-to-day business.
Digital software: Our strategic and creative outputs leverage digital software tools in creative, research, proofing and analytics with version backups to ensure that we are uninterrupted in the development of our full-service capabilities.
Secure sharing tools: We share files virtually with our teams and clients via secure project-sharing tools, in accordance with our agreed client contracts.
Support with change communications
We recognize that this moment is transforming systems and industries worldwide. While we can’t yet anticipate the full impact of COVID-19 on our systems, we do know that communicating during times of change is essential. Our experience as communicators in change industries has taught us the following best practices:
