Minnesota native Marisa Schroeder has joined Mindsailing as an account manager within the agency’s healthcare and technology practices. In her role, Marisa will serve as primary contact for clients, managing projects and campaigns from concept through delivery.

“We’re thrilled to welcome a team member in Marisa with a deep experience in digital technology and a laser focus on nurturing relationships with our client partners,” explained Julie Mackenzie, Mindsailing CEO.

Prior to landing at Mindsailing, Marisa spent time at Wahlstrom, building relationships with advertising clients in health insurance, automotive and home improvement. During subsequent agency roles, she lead content marketing programs, oversaw paid media plans and developed marketing partnerships on behalf of clients. Marisa later led all marketing efforts – from PR and social to events and advertising – for Project Lolo, a Minneapolis-based nonprofit helping children gain access to orthopedic medical care and devices.

“I really enjoy working with clients through the discovery phase, evaluating what they need and developing programs that truly deliver against business needs,” said Schroeder. “I’m a stickler for building in measurable goals from the start – setting the foundation for future successes with our clients.”

Outside the office and daily telecommute, Marisa is a lover of all things outdoors. She spends time with her German and Australian Shepherd mix, Doozie, taking road trips, hiking and fishing – both on open water and on the ice sheets covering Minnesota’s lakes during the winter.
