Introducing an unprecedented collaboration
The Rapidly Emerging Antiviral Drug Development Initiative (READDI) is a first-of-its-kind global partnership between leading medical experts with one mission in mind: stopping current and future pandemics through the creation of novel antiviral therapies. This collaboration was announced in spring 2020 with an ambitious $500 million funding goal. As a result, READDI needed to rapidly develop content that could introduce its lifesaving aim to the world. READDI wanted to attract and support media interest while affirming its approach with potential partners.

Speed was a critical factor in our approach to launching READDI. In order to ensure an effective and engaging launch, we adapted our process for speed, without compromising the important strategic foundation required for success. Mindsailing leveraged the credibility of founders while bringing the new READDI brand into focus. Our specific goals were to present READDI as a credible global initiative, help convert early funders and partners and strengthen media engagement.
